Who is Bigfeels for?
Adults who want a calm, low-effort way to notice and name how they feel. It's a gentle mood journal — supportive, not clinical, and never a substitute for therapy.
What's free vs. paid?
The daily emotion-wheel check-in, your mood timeline, reflection prompts, four themes and your first weekly insight are always free. Pro unlocks deeper patterns, the full guided coping library, an unlimited journal, weekly summary cards, partner/therapist sharing and export.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your entries are stored on your device by default and never sold. If you choose to share with a partner or therapist, only a calm colour summary is shared — never your private notes.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — the annual plan includes a 7-day free trial before any charge. Pro is $39.99/year or $5.99/month.
Subscriptions, billing & refunds
Bigfeels subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. You can manage or cancel anytime from your store account settings — on iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android: Play Store → Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by the store rather than by us: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple, or through your Google Play order history. If you hit a wall, email us and we'll do what we can to help.
Your data & account deletion
Mood check-ins, reflections and journal entries are stored on-device. Nothing leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share or export it. You can delete your data at any time from inside the app. If you turned on cloud sync, deleting in-app also clears the synced copy.
